Needs-analysis

The aim of the survey was to explore the ICT and networking competences of the managers and employees of a number ofItalian small and medium enterprises in order to define the existing learning needs in the following four areas:
  1. Knowledge and information management 
  2. Project management 
  3. Online Marketing 
  4. Human resource management
The result will be the basis for the SME 2.0 Competency Framework main document, together with the analogue Report of the Hungarian survey, for the elaboration of the syllabuses. The main focus of the survey was not to reveal the theoretical knowledge of the target group in these four fields, but rather to determine the usage level of ICT supporting the daily businesses.
